Castigion Del Bosco
Clubwise was hired by another consulting company to review the kitchen design and the potential issues regarding food and beverage operations for a new clubhouse at Costigion Del Bosco. We made recommendations for a kitchen redesign, developed a small wares and supply opening purchase order and are in the process of generating a first year pro-forma.
Almaden Golf & Country Club
San Jose, CA
Clubwise worked with the Strategic Planning Committee to identify the most important core values of the members. We developed a unique one of a kind survey to examine what is really important to the membership.
Long Beach Yacht Club
Long Beach, CA
Clubwise was engaged to facilitate a Master Plan of the facilities. We worked with the Forward Planning Committee to build the design team, generate designs and hold focus groups. We will be generating marketing materials and taking the program to the membership for a vote early in 2018.
Oakdale Golf & Country Club
Clubwise was retained by Oakdale to complete a Facilities Master Plan. We developed the team, recommended the architect and then worked with the management and leadership to develop schematic designs and financial options for funding. The club has prioritized the plan and we will begin holding focus groups with the expectation that the plan will go to the membership for a vote early in 2018.
Hidden Valley Country Club
We were hired by another consulting company to assist them with a review of the food and beverage operations of the club as part of a greater marketing and branding project. Clubwise generated a comprehensive evaluation with significant recommendation for actions moving forward.
The Springhaven Club
In 2016 we completed a comprehensive membership survey. we are now in the process of facilitating a strategic plan. In that process we will be looking at capital investment including examining pool improvements and the addition of fitness.
Fox Den Country Club
Fox Den is undertaking a facility master plan that will be phased in over a number of years. The plan includes the clubhouse, golf course, practice facilities, pool complex and fitness center.
Severna Park, MD
Chartwell is undertaking a strategic review concentrating on facility needs and potential concept designs.
Biltmore Forest Country Club
Biltmore Forest undertook a strategic management review of best practices for strategic planning.
Clubwise completed a comprehensive membership survey for the Shreveport Club. This provided information for targeted policy changes and facility upgrades.
Wildcat Cliffs Country Club
Clubwise designed a 41 million dollar kitchen expansion and renovation which is under construction and will open in the late spring of 2016.
Country Club of Jackson
Clubwise completed a membership survey for the Country Club of Jackson. It was the fouth survey completed for GM Pat Joyce over the past 10 years
Waynesborough Country Club
Clubwise worked with the Club Leadership on a comprehensive strategic plan. The process included surveying the membership, employees and leadership. The plan was the basis for implementing and master planning process.
South Hills Country Club
South Hills in completing a comprehensive strategic plan in 2016. The plan should provide direction to needed faciliy improvements moving forward.
